The Employers Association of the NorthEast (EANE) is excited to announce two upcoming conference events to support organizational learning in the New England Region!

HR Connect: Leading Change in a New Era will take place on September 25^th at MGM in Springfield. This conference invites Human Resources professionals and business leaders to learn more about HR best practices, innovations in compensation and benefits and the new skills required for creating compliant ‘people policies’. Plus, it’s National HR Professional’s week, and we are celebrating the many talents and contributions of HR Professionals across our region!

EANE’s inaugural Safety Conference – From Compliance to Culture: Building Systems-Based Safety Leadership for Your Workplace - will take place on October 23^rd at The Marriott in Springfield. Attendees will experience a full day of presentations including Dick Flynt from the National Safety Council, OSHA, Dan Williams, CSP and the team from PASS, Protective Advanced Safety Services.

‘At EANE, we are committed to providing timely and affordable educational opportunities for small and mid-sized organizations across New England through our conference events and training. Qualified MA employers can apply for reimbursement for conference fees using the MA Express Program,’ per Gary Dawson, Director of Learning & Development at The Employers Association.
