E&BC, the Entrepreneurial & Business Collaborative, has opened enrollment for five fall cohorts of Leadership Fundamentals, its two-day leadership program for supervisors, team leads, and emerging managers. Cohorts run September 23-24, October 14-15, October 28-29, November 4-5, and December 2-3.

Most leadership training teaches skills. Leadership Fundamentals builds the person who can use them. The curriculum draws on doctoral research into what makes leaders effective under pressure, and the twenty-three area leaders who completed the spring cohorts gave it the same review on the way out: worth the two days.
