Join Behavioral Health Network (BHN) and Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) for Fall into Wellness, a free, family-friendly community celebration focused on health, wellbeing, and community connection. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for an afternoon of fun, resources, and support. Attendees will have access to wellness activities, community resources, and opportunities to connect with organizations dedicated to improving health and quality of life in our community.
