Join Behavioral Health Network (BHN) and Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) for Fall into Wellness, a free, family-friendly community celebration focused on health, wellbeing, and community connection. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for an afternoon of fun, resources, and support. Attendees will have access to wellness activities, community resources, and opportunities to connect with organizations dedicated to improving health and quality of life in our community. Event Highlights: Art therapy and wellness activities Budget-friendly cooking classes Housing assistance resources Medicaid renewal support Peer and recovery support services Giveaways and community resources Raffle for a chance to win grocery store gift cards to help with Thanksgiving and holiday meals Date: November 5 Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Location: Behavioral Health Network (BHN), 417 Liberty Street, Springfield, MA (Entrance A) This free community event is hosted by Behavioral Health Network (BHN) in partnership with Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) and is open to all community members.
