We are seeking a visionary, community-minded President & CEO to lead our mission right here in the Greater Springfield, MA area. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will inspire a high-performing team, strengthen local community partnerships, and ensure our programs continue to open doors to independence, purpose and joy for the people and families of our region

Driving bold strategic growth while keeping the heart of our mission front and center.
Building strong relationships with local leaders, families, businesses and state agencies to create
inclusive opportunities across the Greater Springfield community.
Ensuring financial sustainability so every program—and every person—can thrive.
Serving as a passionate ambassador for our clients and their remarkable potential.
You bring:
A master’s degree in business administration or related field and 10+ years leading a multi-million-dollar
human services organization.
Proven skill in building community engagement, strong teams, cultivating partnerships and inspiring trust.
A deep belief in the dignity and capabilities of every individual.
