Join us this Saturday, August 9th from 11AM to 3PM at 66 Broad St in Westfield, MA for a FREE fitness class with Full Plate Strength and Conditioning in support of our 2025 Dress it Forward campaign with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! The class kicks off at 11:30AM and all we ask is that you bring a donation to help us collect Prom and Homecoming Dresses, Heels, Flats, Jewelry, and Accessories for Students in need. Let’s lift together and give back together. 💪👗 Dress it Forward Giveaway Day will be held Sunday, September 7th at 340 McKinstry Ave in Chicopee from 10AM to 3PM, come pick out your free formalwear!
