Girls on the Run Western MA will host its 5K Celebration on Sunday, November 24th at Westfield State University. Each GOTR season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K, which gives program participants a tangible sense of accomplishment. This fall, the program has 750 participants in 56 sites around all four Western MA counties, with 250 volunteer coaches that bring the curriculum to life. The 5K is open to all community members to run or walk, volunteer, or cheer on the girls. The run starts at 10:30am, but the group warm up will begin at 10am, with participants arriving for fun events at 9am. Learn more at https://www.girlsontherunwesternma.org/5k.
