The Springfield Regional Chamber is proud to partner with the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security to present a panel discussion on how employers can change lives through post-incarceration employment. 

Attendees will learn about the important work that EOPSS is doing for individuals both during and after incarceration to create opportunities for justice-involved individuals. Additionally, you will learn about the resources and support available to employers who choose to tap into this segment of the workforce and hear from Chamber members who have stories of successful post-incarceration employment.
