Two days that change how your supervisors lead. Most leadership training teaches skills. Leadership Fundamentals builds the person who can use them. Designed for supervisors, team leads, and emerging managers, the curriculum comes from doctoral research on what makes leaders effective under pressure: personality, emotional intelligence, accountability, and applied organizational practice. Twenty-three area leaders completed the spring cohorts and said the same thing on the way out: worth the two days. Tuition $1,250 per participant.
