Please join us for a panel discussion on the new pay transparency legislation that takes effect on January 1, 2025.

As an employer, you need to be ready to comply with H. 4890, An Act Relative to Salary Range Transparency. This legislation increases pay equity and transparency by requiring employers with 25 or more employees to provide pay transparency in job postings, establish pay range information for employees, and file wage data information with the Commonwealth.

The Springfield Regional Chamber, in partnership with the Employers Association of the NorthEast, the Associated Industries of Massachusetts and Sullivan, Hayes and Quinn LLC will present a panel discussion that outlines the requirements of this legislation and the important steps that employers need to take to ensure compliance.
